To reflect the new changes to the data protection law (GDPR) we are updating our privacy policy.

At the Aylesford Osteopathic Practice we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your privacy is very important to us and we take our responsibility regarding the security of your personal information very seriously, we are committed to safegarding your personal data.

The information you provide us with is retained on your medical case notes which will be locked away and stored securely and only used to contact you regarding appointments and updated when attending for an appointment.

The patients medical and health information collected will only ever be accessed and updated by the osteopath when attending the practice for treatment.

Your phone number or email address will only ever be accessed by the receptionists to contact you regarding appointments.

We are legally required to retain your medical case notes to fulfil our statutory obligations.

You have a choice whether to opt in or out of receiving information from us via email or text in the future, You are required to sign a consent form if you wish to continue to do so.

We will Never share your information with any third party without your written consent.
